Do you have land to sell?

In order to create our housing developments we are always looking for new land opportunities of any shape, size or location with or without planning permission.

We will consider land suitable for new build developments of up to 10 homes or delapidated properties in need of significant renovation.  We are also interested in land suitable for commercial development.

Land Acquisition

Urban Homes offers flexible structured deals on all types of land acquisition, whether a joint venture, or a complete or partial land sale. We have sound financial backing and regularly complete land purchases swiftly with no impediments.

We will consider all land purchase possibilities and will quickly advise if we are interested. We are happy to pay introduction fees for sites that come to fruition.
